Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit on Quotex Pakistan is PKR 500. This low entry point is designed to make trading accessible to beginners and experienced traders alike. There is no maximum deposit limit, although large deposits may require additional identity verification as part of our compliance obligations. Deposits made via cryptocurrency will be converted to the equivalent PKR value at the time of the transaction, based on the prevailing exchange rate displayed on the Quotex platform at that moment.
Deposit Processing Time
Most deposits are credited to your account instantly or within a short period after successful payment confirmation. Below are the estimated processing times for each payment method:
- JazzCash / Easypaisa: Instant to 15 minutes
- Bank Transfer (IBFT): 15 minutes to 4 hours
- Debit / Credit Cards: Instant to 1 hour
- E-Wallets: Instant to 30 minutes
- Cryptocurrency: 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on blockchain confirmation speed
If your deposit has not appeared in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team and provide your transaction reference number. Do not make a duplicate payment without first confirming the status of your original transaction.
Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Processing Time
Once your withdrawal request has been reviewed and approved by the Quotex team, the following estimated timeframes apply:
- JazzCash / Easypaisa: Within 24 hours on business days
- Bank Transfer (IBFT/NEFT): 1 to 2 business days
- E-Wallet Withdrawals: Within 24 hours on business days
- Cryptocurrency Withdrawals: 1 to 3 business days, subject to blockchain processing
Verification Requirements for Withdrawal
To comply with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) guidelines and international financial regulations, all withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may be required to submit the following documents:
- Government-Issued Photo ID: CNIC, NICOP, Passport, or any valid national identity document
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or any official document confirming your current residential address

Fees and Charges
Quotex is committed to maintaining a transparent and competitive fee structure. Below is a complete breakdown of fees that may apply to transactions on our platform:
- Deposit Fees: Quotex does not charge any fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges.
- Withdrawal Fees: A small processing fee may apply depending on your chosen withdrawal method. The exact fee will always be displayed clearly before you confirm your request.
- Currency Conversion Fees: If a transaction involves currency conversion such as cryptocurrency to PKR a conversion fee may apply based on the prevailing exchange rate.
- Inactivity Fee: Accounts that remain completely inactive for 90 or more consecutive days may be subject to a monthly inactivity charge. Quotex will notify you via email before this fee is applied.
- Chargeback Fee: If a user initiates an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute, a chargeback handling fee will be applied to the Quotex account.
All fees are subject to periodic review and change. Quotex will inform users of any significant updates to the fee structure with reasonable advance notice. The most current fee schedule is always available in your account dashboard under the Fees and Charges section.

- Delayed Withdrawals: If your withdrawal exceeds the expected processing time, please wait an additional 24 hours before contacting support, as some delays originate from third-party payment processors.
- Balance Discrepancies: If you notice any discrepancy in your Quotex account balance after a transaction, take a screenshot and contact our support team immediately with full transaction details.
Quotex is not liable for transaction failures caused by incorrect payment details entered by the user, banking system outages, or force majeure events outside our control. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you with any transaction-related concern. Please have your transaction ID or reference number ready for faster resolution.
Refund Policy
Quotex operates as a live financial trading platform. Refunds are therefore governed by specific conditions and are not applicable in all situations. Please review the following carefully:
Trading Losses
Losses resulting from trading activity on Quotex are not eligible for a refund. All trades are executed based on real market conditions and the independent decisions of the user.
Erroneous Deposits

Duplicate Transactions
