Service Agreement

This Service Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the “User”) and Quotex, operated through the official platform. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any of the services provided, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every term and condition outlined in this agreement.

Please read this document carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any provision of this Service Agreement, you must immediately stop using the platform and refrain from registering an account.

Scope of Agreement

This Service Agreement governs the relationship between the user and the platform operator with respect to all services offered. These services include but are not limited to digital options trading, account management, fund deposits and withdrawals, customer support, educational resources, and any additional tools or features made available to registered users.

This agreement applies to all individuals who access or use the platform, whether as registered account holders or visitors browsing publicly available content. By continuing to use the platform after any updates to this agreement, you accept the revised terms in full.

Eligibility and User Requirements

To register and use the services available at quotexpak.com.pk, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or a jurisdiction where digital options trading is legally permitted.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction, court order, or regulatory prohibition that prevents you from entering into financial contracts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Pakistani law.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) without prior written consent from the compliance team.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during the registration process.

The platform reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate an existing account if any of the above eligibility conditions are not met or are found to be misrepresented.

Account Registration and Verification

Creating Your Account

To access live trading services at quotexpak.com.pk, you are required to create a personal account by providing your full name, email address, and other requested details. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) guidelines, all users are required to complete identity verification before making withdrawals or accessing advanced account features. The following documents may be required:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: CNIC, NICOP, Passport, or equivalent national identity document
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your current residential address in Pakistan
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your identity document
• Source of Funds: Financial documentation may be requested for large deposits or withdrawals

Account Security

User Obligations and Responsibilities

As a registered user of quotexpak.com.pk, you agree to the following obligations:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the platform
• Use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable Pakistani and international laws
• Not engage in any form of market manipulation, fraudulent activity, or abuse of platform features
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its servers, or other users’ accounts
• Not use automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not authorized in writing
• Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content, data, or intellectual property belonging to the platform
• Promptly notify the support team of any suspicious activity, security breach, or technical anomaly observed on your account
• Maintain compliance with tax reporting obligations applicable to trading income in Pakistan

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, fund freezing, or permanent termination without prior notice.

Financial Terms and Trading Conditions

Deposits

All deposits made to quotexpak.com.pk must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 2800. Deposits are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways and are typically credited to your account within minutes, depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed only after successful KYC verification. All withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 2800. Processing times vary by payment method and may take between a few hours and two business days.

Trading Funds and Profits

All funds deposited into your trading account are used exclusively for placing trades. Profits generated from successful trades are credited to your account balance and are eligible for withdrawal subject to the terms outlined in our Payment Policy. The platform does not charge commissions on individual trades, but trading involves inherent financial risk and losses are possible on every trade placed.

Bonuses and Promotions

The platform may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, or trading credits to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to separate terms and conditions, including minimum trading volume requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Misuse of promotional offers may result in their cancellation and account restrictions.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities
• Terrorist Financing: Transferring funds in support of any terrorist organization, individual, or activity
• Identity Fraud: Registering an account using false, stolen, or fabricated identity documents
• Chargebacks Abuse: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals after completing legitimate transactions
• Collusion: Cooperating with other users to exploit platform features, bonuses, or trading mechanisms unfairly
• Hacking and Unauthorized Access: Attempting to breach platform security, interfere with server operations, or access restricted data
• Defamation: Publishing false or damaging information about the platform, its services, or its staff

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on quotexpak.com.pk including but not limited to the platform design, logo, trading interface, written content, graphics, educational materials, market data, and software is the exclusive intellectual property of the platform operator or its licensed content providers.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal trading purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission from the platform operator.

Privacy and Data Protection

The platform is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered users. All personal information collected during registration, verification, and platform use is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. Your data will never be sold to third parties without your explicit consent.

By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections, or request deletion of your data by contacting our support team.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, quotexpak.com.pk and its parent company, SOFT HORIZON LTD., shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from trading activity, including losses caused by market volatility, incorrect price data, or user error
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to a user’s account due to the user’s failure to protect their credentials
• Damages resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions in internet connectivity
• Losses arising from changes in laws, regulations, or government actions affecting the availability of platform services
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform

The platform’s total liability to any user in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the platform operator, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, legal fees, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of any provision of this Service Agreement
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation in Pakistan or internationally
• Any unauthorized use of your account or trading activity conducted from your account
• Any false or misleading information provided during registration or verification

Suspension and Termination of Account

Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team at abuse@quotex.io. Before your account is closed, all pending withdrawals must be completed and your account balance must be zero or fully withdrawn. The platform will process your account closure request within a reasonable timeframe.

Termination by the Platform

The platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of this Service Agreement
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected on your account
• Legal or regulatory requirements obligating the platform to restrict your access
• Non-compliance with applicable Pakistani financial regulations

In the event of termination due to fraud or prohibited activity, the platform reserves the right to freeze and withhold account funds pending investigation and resolution.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Service Agreement or the services provided at quotexpak.com.pk, the following process applies:

• Step 1 – Internal Resolution: Contact the support team at abuse@quotex.io with full details of your complaint. The team will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
• Step 2 – Escalation: If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction through internal channels, you may escalate the matter to the relevant financial regulatory authority in your jurisdiction.
• Step 3 – Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by the platform operator.

Both parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Governing Law

This Service Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia, where SOFT HORIZON LTD. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users in Pakistan also acknowledge their responsibility to comply with all relevant Pakistani laws, including those issued by the State Bank of Pakistan and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

Amendments to This Agreement

The platform reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Service Agreement at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory updates, new platform features, legal requirements, or changes in business operations.

Users will be notified of material changes via registered email or through a prominent notice on quotexpak.com.pk. It is your responsibility to review this agreement regularly. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of this Service Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the agreement if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Service Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure Statement, and Payment Policy published on quotexpak.com.pk, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the platform operator regarding your use of the platform. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
