By registering and using Quotex, you confirm that you have read and agreed to every provision stated in this regulation document.

Overview of Non-Trading Operations

Non-trading operations refer to all account-related and financial activities that do not involve placing trades or executing market orders. These operations on Quotex include but are not limited to:

  • Depositing and withdrawing funds from your trading account
  • Account registration and identity verification
  • Requesting refunds or disputing transactions
  • Updating personal or financial information linked to your account
  • Applying bonuses or promotional offers available on the platform

All non-trading operations are subject to applicable Pakistani financial laws, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies, and KYC (Know Your Customer) standards.

Account Registration and Verification

Every user must complete a full account registration on quotexpak.com.pk before accessing any non-trading operations. Registration requires a valid email address, a strong password, and acceptance of the platform’s Terms and Conditions.

Identity Verification (KYC)

A strict Know Your Customer process is enforced to ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations. Before any withdrawal can be processed on Quotex, users must verify their identity by submitting the following documents:

  • Government-Issued ID: CNIC, NICOP, or valid Passport
  • Proof of Address: Recent utility bill or official bank statement

  • Currency Conversion Fees: Applicable when transactions involve currency conversion, such as cryptocurrency to PKR.
  • Inactivity Fee: Accounts that remain completely inactive for 90 or more consecutive days may be subject to a monthly inactivity charge. You will be notified via email before this fee is applied.
  • Chargeback Fee: Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will incur a handling fee on your account.

AML and Compliance Framework

All non-trading operations on quotexpak.com.pk are monitored for suspicious activity. Users found engaging in any of the following may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated:

  • Providing false or misleading information during KYC verification
  • Attempting to circumvent withdrawal limits through multiple accounts
  • Engaging in activity designed to launder money through the platform
